*Argh. This was SUPPOSED to post yesterday, but scheduling doesn't quite work for me. So, despite my promise, I'm late again :( But I'm already working on my movie mani for tomorrow, and fingers crossed it turns out the way it looks in my head!
Today's installment of the 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge is snowmen. I'm . . . iffy on this one. I don't own any Christmas stamps, so I knew I was looking at something freehanded. Since I was already out of my comfort zone, why not try my first ever "continuation" nail art?
I started out with China Glaze Immortal, a coat of Revlon Radiant, and then a coat of Starlight (holo topcoat) by Starlight Polish. Using various nail art brushes and every ounce of artistic skill I could muster, I painted on the snowman body (Sinful Color Snow Me White), hat, eyes and buttons (Sinful Colors Black on Black), carrot nose (Wet N Wild Sunny Side Up) and scarf (Sally Hansen Insta Dri Mint Sprint). It's not my favorite, but it's recognizable, and for that I'm proud!
